The room is in a spacious house share located in Beggen area (10 minutes from the city-center by bus).
There are 3 other people living in the house (late 20's-mid 30's) but you will have your own bathroom.

Je cherche quelqu'un pour me remplacer dans ma coloc car géographiquement cela ne me convient pas. J'ai besoin de trouver une personne qui puisse emménager dès que possible afin de pouvoir aller habiter dans ma nouvelle coloc. Pour l'instant je squatte le canapé de ma tante et cela fait déjà presque 2 semaines...
Je vous décris la maison en coloc où je libère une chambre :
Située à Dudelange, c'est une coloc internationale (des luxembourgeois, des français et une espagnole), en tout 6 personnes dans la maison, super beau jardin. Possibilité de parking devant la maison si vous avez une voiture. Cuisine et salon sont en commun La chambre est meublée, et au niveau du prix c'est 450€ tout compris (loyer, charges et internet). Idéalement le proprio voudrait qqln qui reste 1 an.
Si ça vous dit, ou que vous connaissez quelqu'un qui recherche un logement, contactez-moi s'il vous plaît !!!
