I´m looking for the next tenant of a room in Capellen (10 kms from Luxembourg center). It will be free from the next week (22-23th May), but even if you are interested only from June, do not hesitate to contact me. Minimum period for renting is 2 months.
The room is around 20 m2, fully furnished (big bed, chair, huge wardrobe + a smaller one, mirror, little bedside table) and has an own bathroom (10 m2). It´s on the ground floor of a detached house and there is direct access to a garden from the room.
Besides the garden you share the perfectly equipped kitchen and the living room with the housemates, who are 28 (f), and 32 (m) years old and from Luxemburg.
The rent is €500; the deposit €400.
